Article From EDCompass Magazine

I chose the article "SMART Solutions in the Early Education Classroom".  It was extremely informative to me. It talked about some of the SMART products that have been created for the lower level elementary classroom. In all actuality many of theses new devices will be too expensive in the near future. But I do believe one day all classrooms will have one. My favorite thing that I saw was an interactive table for small groups. Its like a smart board but on a small table.

Build a Body

 http://www.spongelab.com/slxdev/interactives/buildabody/en/whole/index.html

This is one of the neatest science sites I have ever been on! It lets you build a whole person from the skelital system to the nervous system. This would be fantastic if you were teaching a lesson on anatomy. I do believe this would be more appropriate for a upper level elementary class. Maybe 4th or 5th grades. One problem I did find with this site is that it will not let you put all of the systems together. I really feel that if this were possible I would use this site more.
